I can not see my DVD’s, seems to be connected to my TV correctly.

I bought a new TV (Panasonic high definition plasma model TV # TH-42PX75U), and had disconnected all my devices (TV, DVD, VCR, cable box). I re-connect them all, but now can not see any of my movies on my TV screen. My DVD is a XV-S300BK/XV-S302SL JVC. Lights and functions appear normal on screen. That was working well before disconnecting the computer. I followed the instructions and connected to my TV as follows: I connected both with an auxiliary audio / video cable (x 1). TV-red right audio white audio left, and yellow for video. DVD-audio on the right red, white audio left out, and yellow for video. Do not connect a S-video like never I had one and is optional. What’s wrong with this connection? Please help. Thanks

Make sure you’re in the right input. I believe that Panasonic has to video / audio OUT. Make sure you are connected to the video
