What is the optimum height, (for the viewer) to hang a plasma TV?
I need to design a large built in cabinet for a plasma very large (52 "or so), in a small room (12 'x 14'). The customer does not want to compromise the level of good TV design, is fair. Also, somehow, this built in need at home (I think) on the left, right and center speakers. Can doors in Steinbock the cabin will be mesh screens?
Do not hang above the eye line of the viewer while sitting in his chair watching television favorite. This will give your guests and neck pain. It is centered at or slightly below the eye line. Remember that even modern PCD and plasma screens are hot when be used to allow ventilation in the cabinet and space for air circulation around the television. If you do not do this then life will be whole minor and there may also be a fire hazard if something inside overheats and burns. manufacturer's instruction book will give the information you need. You can hide the speakers behind the mesh screens, provided they are not too good and that the screens are very well secured. Not much worse than a mysterious rattle or buzz when some types of sound reproduction. In reality, this means that hang from the doors that would be a bad thing unless the doors are very solid and so rigid when open. Why not see if they can fit in the L and R on the slide good and solid shelves that can arise when the cabinet doors open? Be careful not to put the stereo speakers too far from the sides of the assembly and the center speaker should be below the screen. If it is above the screen and the sound of seem very strange, especially people speaking. If your speakers are already in attractive boxes, why hide it? Allow your customer to buy good surround sound system in the future to provide space for a sub-woofer. This need not be in view of the listener, but it needs access to the atmosphere of the room.
