Why is my 42inch Samsung plasma has a blur of red?

During the last month of my samsung plasma tv has been giving me problems. At first, half of the screen go black. So I called Samsung for repairs. But when he returned a week later, the same problem reoccured. Only now, half the screen goes white instead of black, with a few red pixels on target ... and just today I turned it on and the whole image on the TV is blurred and smeared with red and blue scattered. The company that repaired it initially said it was because the TV was mounted on a wall, but even after taking it on the wall and put on the stand, comes the problem. Any ideas?
