Does anyone have a Samsung HDTV makes a ticking sound or tone when turned on and off? Is it normal?
This is a new brand of TV Series 6, to be exact and I have heard people saying it's a normal thing, but Samsung just want to know for sure.
Samsung intentionally uses a set of tones to announce that their television is turning "on" or "off". In fact, if you pay attention, notice that There are two distinct tones patterns. One who announces that TV is "light" and a different set of tones to announce that the TV is "off." This I can confirm, although you can not look directly into your TV, he has done, in fact, a command sequence and command power took place.
